Inspired by the natural herbs found on the land of the Kingdom, which are used in traditional healing practices
We know our land as well as we know ourselves, and our relationship with it has evolved over the years. We have discovered its details, enjoyed its bounty and what grows on it as a source of sustenance and nourishment. Additionally, the land has bestowed upon us herbs that were used in the past for medicinal purposes.
This collection symbolizes and celebrates our cultural heritage in natural healing practices, using the mortar to grind a diverse range of herbs including: Calligonum Comosum, Eyelash plant, Vachellia Nilotica, and Salvadora Persica, which are represented in the silkscreen prints on the scarf.
